World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

From this definition, if there are any problems with your body, or some inadequacy with your emotion, social ability, flexibility and attitude towards life, you are not healthy. Health is measured by a holistic condition.

Some researches point out, there are

  • 15% of the people are healthy in accordance with the healthy standard of WHO
  • 15% have various diseases
  • 70% are in the sub-healthy condition.

The sub-healthy people are typically in the poor condition in the aspect of physiology and mentality. Though it seems that these people can deal with daily work and take part in social activities, in fact, diseases are incubating within them day by day.
